Evaluation Activity 5.

How did you attract your audience?

When guns are shown in a film, I quickly get the feeling of hard action films like James Bond probably because of the effect of one of its openings. This is really effective as it emphasizes our film genre.

Our film would attract audiences because of our film has most of the connotations of a spy-thriller film, such as the use of weapons like guns and gadgets which perfectly fits the Spy Thriller genre. In this clip/scene, the character is shown pulling out a gun to intimidate the antagonist to make her feel dominative and higher class which therefore the antagonist should give up to.

I also chose this scene as it shows the protagonist's daily lives which is a normal college girl but in this scene a much tenser event has occured which triggered Faith's real identity. In this scene, we can see conotations of normal lives because of the books, classroom, and how people are dressed. A fast-phase music starts here which triggers the audience to the edge of their seats as the protagonist sets off to chase her intention and desire which is to capture the antagonist.
